Social Leadership

A second area of focus is in the development of social leadership skills by focusing on communication skills, self-managed projects and cooperative learning. We believe…

  • Social Leadership requires personal responsibility.
  • Personal responsibility develops by connecting ideas and people.
  • Connecting ideas and people requires empathy, access to knowledge and a willingness to learn.
  • It is both how we pursue our learning and what we do with our knowledge that sets us apart.

We apply these beliefs with global “take action projects” each year. Every classroom identifies a global issue and develops a take action plan to bring it local and personal.
